Returns and Exchanges

Returns will only be accepted if the item arrives significantly damaged.

To request a return, the buyer must contact kikimoracontact222@gmail.com and provide clear photographic evidence showing the damage to the item.

Returns will not be accepted for:
• minor imperfections related to handmade or upcycled materials
• normal characteristics of reworked or vintage fabrics
• damage to the packaging caused by the shipping carrier

Please note that all pieces are handmade or created using upcycled garments and materials, therefore small irregularities may occur and are considered part of the design.

This shop is run by one person, and each item is created in small quantities or as a one-of-a-kind piece.
